You will have some from all the kimchi eating but also be aware that your stove will be GAS. The cost is very minimal as far as bills go.
Washer but no drier
Be ready to either air dry your clothes in apartment OR you could dry them at the school...driers in apartments are very rare.
Soft beds?
HA! Not here...you may want have something shipped or you can also get mattress pads(200,000-600,000W) and things like that here. A new mattress can run about $1,000.

Most apartments come with a small couch and chair for the living room (fairly uncomfortable), a table and chairs for kitchen, some drawers/TV stand, a telephone, an air conditioner, beds, dressers. HINT: You will be surprised at some of the things you will find in the recycling once a week - some people have found very nice pieces of furniture there! There are some used furniture stores around where you can fine treasures at a discount.
Mail
You can have mail sent to your apartment, but you will be better off just having it sent to the school. The first months bills will not be for you, just bring them in to the business office. You can also expect to get other peoples mail occasionally just put in in the trash mail slot. You will get three to four bills a month: General apartment bill (electric, maintenance, security, recycling, trash, etc.) range from 150,000-500,000W, Gas(3000-6000W) if your heat is on gas expect more(100,000-200,000), Cable & Internet (32000).
